Emily Hooper

Emily Jean Daniels Hooper, age 77 of Atmore, AL passed away Sunday, August 26, 2012 after a lengthy illness. She was born in Huxford, AL on December 16, 1934. She was preceded in death by husband, Willie Hopper; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thad Daniels and brother Rafford Daniels. She is survived by her son, Bobby Gene Hooper and grandchildren Darian and Caleb Hooper. Sisters, Cornelia Griffen of LaPort, TX, Louise (Lee) Vinson of Seabrook, TX., Deloris Mixon (Hugo) of Atmore, AL.,and Shirley Noles of Milton, FL.; nieces, Pamela Montgomery (Wayne) of Pensacola, FL., Treva Eversole (Joe) of Hollywood, MD., Melissa Johnson (John) of Milton, FL. , Sharon Parr (Tom) of Amarillo, TX. , and Dr. Debra Perry (Wayne) of Seabrook, TX; nephew Dr. Christopher Mixon (Trish) of Nashville, TN. Funeral services will be a graveside 2PM Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Huxford Baptist Church, Huxford, Alabama with Rev. Mike Grindle officiating . Jay Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
