PSC to Close at Noon

All Pensacola State College classes are cancelled effective at Noon today, Monday, August 27th.  Employees will remain on duty until 4:00 p.m., at which time all College campuses and centers will close.  Beginning at 2:00 p.m. today, employees are asked to begin securing their work areas and covering computers and other equipment.

The College will remain closed Tuesday, August 28th and Wednesday, August 29th.  At this time we plan to reopen on Thursday, August 30th.  If those plans change, we will notify everyone through email, social media, and the College web site.

All maintenance and public safety personnel should contact their supervisors for work schedules prior to the College closing.  Weather permitting, certain designated maintenance and public safety personnel will likely be asked to report for work Wednesday.

Due to these closings, the College deadline to drop and add classes will be extended through the end of the day, Friday, August 31st.
