Attempt to Identify Suspect Targeting Elderly Females
The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify a female suspect that has been targeting elderly females. On Mon 8/6, and Fri 8/10, and Sat 8/11, the subject (pictures attached) has either taken an elderly female purse when the victim was outside working, or has stopped at an elderly female’s residence, stating that her ‘puppy is lost’ and asks for a drink of water, and engages in conversation. Later the suspect takes any purse within viewand runs out the door, immediately using the credit cards that are inside at a localconvenience store or retail business. This has occurred on 4 occasions in the Milton area:

Occurrence 1: Mon 8/6/2012 6488 Wilmar Ave
Occurrence 2: Fri 8/10/2012 5651 Meadowlark Lane
Occurrence 3: Sat 8/11/2012 4517 Water St
SUSPECT: 5’4”- 5’6”, 23-35 YOA, 130-160 lbs,
Unknown tattoo on RIGHT ANKLE.
VEHICLE: SILVER LATE MODEL DODGE DAKOTA 2 DOOR TRUCK W/TOOLBOX ON BACK
The Sheriff’s Office asks all citizens to be aware of this tactic, and to spread the word to others; especially elderly females. Anyone with information concerning the suspect’s identity is asked to contact the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office at 983- 1100, or Santa Rosa Crime Stoppers at 437-STOP (7867).
