Olympic Swimming Viewing Party
GPAC will host a Free Olympic swimming Viewing Party on Saturday, August 4th at Milestone Aquatic Center (35 New Market St., Cantonment, FL) from 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM.
GPAC’s Mission is to develop all levels of swimmers and instill values and life-skills that foster success in all aspects of life. GPAC is a Local USA Swimming Partner in the “Make a Splash” Initiative
This event is Free to every member of the community and the goal is to increase interest in swimming in the Greater Pensacola Area. Not only will we be watching the greatest swimmers in the world compete for the gold medal, but we will also have snacks, fun, games in and out of the pool, and lots and lots of prizes for everyone!!
What better way to cheer on the USA Olympic Swim Team than surrounded by fellow swimming enthusiasts!!
Following is a line-up of Swimming Events:
- Women’s 50 Meter Freestyle – Final
- Men’s 1500 Meter Freestyle – Final
- Women’s 4x100m Medley Relay – Final
- Men’s 4x100m Medley Relay – Final
Coverage also includes the women’s 100m dash, the women’s springboard semifinal in Diving and Beach Volleyball.
