Attempt to Identify Suspect in Vehicle Burglary and Fraud 

The Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect that is using a credit card that was stolen during a vehicle burglary in Pace, FL.  The burglary happened on May 18, 2012 in the parking lot of Lowe’s on Highway 90.  The suspect stole the victim’s wallet, credit cards, and an I-Phone.  The suspect then made purchases at Raceway Gas onPensacola Blvd., and Shell Oil located on W Street inPensacola.  The suspect later attempted to use the victim’s debit card twice at a Pen Air Credit Union in Pace.  Both attempts were declined due to the PIN number not being known by the suspect.  The suspect was seen in a vehicle described as an older 4 door car, unknown make or model.  A surveillance picture of the suspect is attached. Anyone with information concerning the identity is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 850-437-STOP (7867) or Detective Winfield at 850-981-2243.
