TS Debby Updated Coordinates as of 1 pm (EST)

TS Debby is located at 28.3N 85.9W  this is about 200 Miles south of the mouth of the Mississippi River. Maximum sustained winds are about 60 mph.  She is moving at 5 mph and the Minimum central pressure is 993. TS Debby is producing large accumulations of rain.  With 5 to 10 inches along the gulf coast.  The threat of flooding is possible due to the heavy rainfall and the wet soil conditions. Image by NOAA

* THE MISSISSIPPI-ALABAMA BORDER EASTWARD TO THE SUWANNEE RIVER

A TROPICAL STORM WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR SOUTH OF THE SUWANNEE RIVER TO ANCLOTE KEY FLORIDA

TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN 36 HOURS.  TROPICAL STORM WATCH MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE

POSSIBLE WITHIN THE WATCH AREA…IN THIS CASE WITHIN 12 TO 24 HOURS.
