Road Re-paving Delayed Due to Rain
The re-paving of Hwy 89 between Old Spanish Trail and the Jay City limits (near JES) has been delayed due to the excessive rain in the area. The 7 miles will be resurfaced and a bike lane added on both the northbound and southbound lanes. It is expected to take 7 to 8 months and millions of dollars to complete.
