Royals Have Hot Bats Friday Night
Both the Jay High Royals and the Lady Royals had hot bats on Friday night. Both teams scored a large number of run and won their games.
The Royals played the Chipley Tigers (a district game) and won 11-10. This brings the Royals to 3-1 in district and 5-5 overall. The Royals will travel to Northview on Tuesday, March 27 at 6:30.
The Lady Royals played Montgomery Catholic on Friday and had a 16-2 hit fest. The Lady Royals had 16 hits in the game. Montgomery Catholic had two runs in the first and then went scoreless the rest of the game. The Lady Royals had the win in just 5 innings. The Lady Royals will host area rival the Flomaton Hurricanes on Monday, March 26.

The Royal’s don’t travel on Tuesday, the game against Northview will be at home – JV at 4:00 Varsity at 6:00.
