People on the Move – Anthony Martinez
JAY, FL (March 13, 2012) – Jay Hospital would like to announce Anthony Martinez as our new patient access supervisor. In this newly restructured position, Martinez is responsible for managing the registration department and providing superior quality, competitive value and outstanding services to all Jay Hospital customers.
Martinez, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, earned his bachelor’s in Criminal Justice/Forensic Studies from the University West Florida. Prior to joining the Jay Hospital team, Martinez worked in patient access at Baptist Hospital where he developed broad experience in registration, insurance verification, and team leadership.
“Anthony lives in Jay, and is well-known to us because we have borrowed him several times when we were short-handed in patient access. We already know he will be a good fit and we’re excited to welcome him to our team.”
