Lady Royals Win In Three

The Lady Royals pounded the Freeport Bulldogs in three innings Tuesday night, winning 15-0.  The Jay High Lady Royals had the Lady Bulldogs 3 up and 3 down in the top of the  first inning and then in the bottom half of the inning the hits started and didn’t stop until the Royals had 10 runs.  “A very unexpected outcome”, said Head Coach Brian Watson, “I am so proud of the girls, they placed hits all over the field, in each corner, and it was great to see everybody in the lineup contribute”.  The Royals will host the Baker Gators on Friday, March 9 at 6pm.  The JV will play at 4pm.
