Santa Rosa County Libraries to Close Thursday for Maintenance All Santa Rosa County libraries will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 19 for computer maintenance and upgrades.   Libraries will reopen at regular hours on Friday, Jan. 20, but computer and checkout services may be limited.
