Lady Royals Drop Two at Baker

The Jay High Lady Royals traveled to Baker and came away short 49-43.  Trailing at the half by only 3 points the Lady Royals battled to the end.  They were able to tie the game at the start of the fourth but were unable to keep Baker from the basket.  Scoring for the Royals were: Tessa Hendricks -12 points, Hillary Hendricks -10 points, Becca Calloway -8 points, Emily Russell -6; Taylor Moore 4 points, Carissa Mulford -3 points.

The Junior Varsity Lady Royals also lost to the Lady Gators 37-22.  Scoring for the Jr. Lady Royals: Bayliegh Upton -6 points, Morgan Kelley 6 points, Destiny Herring 4 points, Dana Blackmon 4 points, and Paige Smith 2 points.
