North Santa Rosa

And the Winner is…..

The winner of the annual JHS Quarterback Club Christmas Ball is : THE LEIGH PLACE LADIES.  Congratulations, the 3 ladies will split the pot of $10,000.  The Ball was held at the Wind Creek Casino with athletic director, Lance Youngblood, as the Master of Ceremonies.

The money raised from the sale of tickets benefits all the sports at Jay High School.  The Quarterback Club has already this year donated over $10,000 to the athletic department for various sports and looks for more requests from the spring sports.

The Quarterback Club members would like to thank Wendy Upton, who was in charge of the event.  There is an excessive amount of work done before the actual event including: ordering, distributing and selling of tickets, collecting money, creating name boards, selecting the venue, menu, and entertainment, hauling of display, checking and double checking, and many more details.

The Quarterback Club would like to thank all the businesses that donated door prizes. They were: Escambia County Bank, United Bank, Dura-Med Soda Shoppe, Kooter Browns, Steve Lambeth, Wind Creek Casino, Extreme Graphics, Bliss Boutique, Flomaton Pharmacy and Gift Shop, Santa Rosa County FCU, Smith Tractor, Pittman Lumber, Escambia River Electric Cooperative, Propane Cooperative and Fusion Fine Wine and Spirits.

The Quarterback club would also like to thank all of those who purchased tickets.  Without the support of the community this fundraiser would not be possible.
