Jay trumps McCall

The Jay Jr High Teams trumped McCall School in Wednesday night basketball action.  The Jr. Lady Royals won 27-9.  Scoring for the Royals: Carissa Mulford – 11, Kennedy Salter -6, Harley Tagert -4, Hannah Prescott -4, and  Jocelyn Wells -2. Stats for the Royals:  Hannah Prescott -4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 rebounds, Carissa Mulford – 5 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 assists, Harley Tagert – 3 steals, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist, Destiny Herring – 5 rebounds, Emily Ashworth -2 rebounds, 1 steal, Jocelyn Wells – 1 assist, Jenna Thorton -1 rebound.

The Jr. High Boys also defeated McCall easily 43-25. The Royals had a well balanced scoring attack.  Scoring for the Royals were: Dakota Cassady -18, Steven Archer -6, Jay Carnley -4, Logan Dobson -4, Justice Brewton -4, Victor Mishoe-3, Logan Smith -2, and Jared Ashworth -2.
