2011 Miss Jay – Kathryn English

2011 Miss Jay is Kathryn English.  1st Runner-up- Abby Raney, 2nd Runner-up – Tori Reid, 3rd Runner- Carly Owens.  The winner of the Physical Fitness portion of the pageant was Tori Reid.  The winner of the Talent portion of the pageant was Abby Raney.  

The Pageant was sponsored by the FCCLA Club and the Jay High Cheerleaders.  The contestants performed a physical fitness routine, each had a talent showcased, a brief introduction to the judge and the evening gown competition. The pageant was a success, many in the audience commented that it “was the best pageant ever”; “the girls really showed their talents off”  and “what an enjoyable night”.  Project Graduation held a Cake Auction during breaks and raised over $500.
