North Santa Rosa

Week 7 (with picks)

True Institute (GA) 1-2 @ Jay (5-0)-Kickoff 7:00pm

Jay hosts, which appears to be, an overmatched opponent this week in the True Institute Eagles. Jay is 5-0 and coming off a 43-0 shutout homecoming win over the Bozeman Bucks. Jay’s defense has only allowed four touchdowns in the first five games. That is the definition of a stingy defense. On the flip side of the ball, Jay is averaging nearly 40 points a game. True Institute is on a two game losing streak and an off week.

This is the first time the two schools have ever played.

Pine Forest (2-3) @ Pace (3-2)-Kickoff 7:30pm

After losing two in a row, Pace has now won two in a row after defeating Wakulla 37-29 and Crestview 41-27 last week. This week, the Patriots host Pine Forest. Pine Forest has had an up and down season thus far. After losing their season opener, the Eagles won two in a row, before losing their next two games. Something to note is that in each of Pine Forest’s losses, the game has been decided by one possession.

Last year, Pace defeated Pine Forest 34-12.

Pensacola (2-3) @ Milton (1-4)-Kickoff 7:30pm

The Panthers need a win this week. Milton is hoping to get back on the right side of the win-loss column. PHS has other plans however. The Tigers are coming off a four point loss to Bay.

Last season, Milton defeated PHS 41-6.

Central is open.
