Lady Royals End Regular Season With Win

The Jay Lady Royals (20-4) traveled to Navarre (21-3) and came back with a 45-41 win. The win was the squads’ 12th in a row. Within those 12 wins, Jay has won by wide margins and close, nail-biting moments.

The Lady Royals went into halftime with just a one point lead. The third quarter saw the Lady Royals shooting cool off even more as they were only able to score 6 points and would start the fourth quarter trailing by one. But, as they have most games this season, Jay finished strong, scoring 15 to finish out the game.

Presley Hawthorne led the way for the Lady Royals with 12 while Aubreigh Nelson added 10.
