EVANS (8-2) @ PACE (9-1)—KICKOFF 7:30PM
Pace hosts the Evans Trojans in the first round of the playoffs on Friday. Pace has done nothing but win and win convincingly since week one. Evans, has done much of the same. After losing in week one, the Trojans have won eight of nine. The did lose in week nine, but it was in double overtime to Oviedo. This will be a great test for the Patriots.
MILTON (7-3) @ BEACHSIDE (7-3)—KICKOFF 7:00PM
Milton didn’t end the season the way they wanted to, losing to rival Pace 49-7. However, the turnaround has been incredible. Seven wins and a playoff berth after going winless is nothing short of amazing. The Panthers will be facing another 7-3 team when they face the Barracudas in the first round of the playoffs.
JAY (6-4) @ BLOUNTSTOWN (9-0)—KICKOFF 7:00PM
Jay has reeled off fives wins in a row. After starting the season 1-4, the Royals kept working and coming together as a team, overcoming injuries and a few suspensions. Their reward is a trip to the playoffs against an undefeated Tigers’ team. The two teams do have a common opponent in Northview; The Royals defeated their rivals 28-20. Blountstown waxed the Chiefs 59-0 in week nine.
Predictions
Northsantarosa.com is 26-10 in picks this season. That is a respectable 72% rating. Playoffs can be tricky though…
