Prep Football…Week 10
JAY (4-4) @ WEWA (2-5)—KICKOFF 7:00PM
The Jay Royals are on a three game winning streak after defeating South Choctaw Academy last week, 13-6. Jay will try and make it four in a row when they make the long trip to Wewa on Friday. After starting the season 2-1 with wins over Graceville and Vernon, the Gators have lost four in a row. The Gators’ defense has allowed 40 plus points in their last two outings.
Last season, Jay defeated Wewa, 41-0.
CENTRAL (1-6) @ LIGHTHOUSE (3-5)—KICKOFF 7:00PM
Central is coming off their first win of the season after knocking off Vernon 51-8. Lighthouse has lost two in a row. One common opponent for both squads is Jay; Lighthouse lost to the Royals, 40-0 while Central fell to Jay, 47-7.
Last season, Central lost to Lighthouse, 30-22.
MILTON (7-1) @ NICEVILLE (4-4)—KICKOFF 7:00PM
After losing their first game of the season a month ago, the Panthers have won two in row and now look to finish their magical season on a high note. Before the Patriots can focus on the BIG rivalry that awaits them at Pace next week, a trip to Niceville must come first. The Eagles are coming off a loss to Mosley and an open week. Niceville has lost four games this year, but other than the 42-7 loss to Choctaw, every game has been close. This should be a really good one.
Last season, Niceville dropped Milton, 43-3.
NAVARRE (1-7) @ PACE (7-1)—KICKOFF 7:30PM
After losing a close game in week one, all Pace has done is win, convincingly. Other than the one possession win over Madison County, the Patriots have won every game by three or more possessions. Same story this week.
Last season Pace defeated Navarre 35-7.
